Do you accept walk-ins?

We only accept clients appointment-based!

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website! If you run into any issues, feel free to DM us!

When do dates become available for appointments?

We will be updating the appointment schedule a few weeks before the new month!

Can I take a friend to my appointment?

We only allow individuals that made an appointment to our office with the exception of guardians/parents! Please let us know beforehand if you will be coming with a guardian/parent! :)

How many people need to sign up if it is a 2 people or 3 people team?

Only one person needs to sign up!

Will there be any virtual sessions available in the future?

To find the best colors for you, we think that it is crucial for the consultation to be done in person! We unfortunately will not be offering any virtual appointments at this time!

Do you accept male clients?

Of course! :)

I have to cancel my appointment and reschedule, what is your policy?

You can cancel/reschedule your appointment 48 hours before your appointment date! For any cancellations or rescheduling past the 48 hour mark will incur a charge.

I’m running a bit late. Do you have a grace period?

Please be aware that we maintain a 15-minute grace period to accommodate subsequent appointments. Sessions that exceed this grace period will be automatically cancelled.

I have more than 3 people I want color analysis done with!
